Set up your computer

1. Open the Claude desktop app and the Codex app (you are most likely signed in already; if not, install them and sign in with the account Nick gave you).

2. Mac: open Terminal. Windows: open Ubuntu.

3. Paste the line from your message. Your name is already in it.

4. Your computer shows a code like ABCD-2345 and your Hub opens. Type the code, then press Allow.

5. When it says Done, open the Claude app, open the folder Documents/Claude 2.0, and say: we are going to plan, and your area. The agent leads you.
